Description Directions Take 1 tablet 2-3 times daily before food. Do not take before retiring. This product is not recommended for children. In thyroid dysfunction seek medical advice. This product contains soya polysaccharide do not use if you are allergic to peanut or soya. Avoid during pregnancy or if breast-feeding. Ingredients Each tablet contains powdered Kelp (Macrocystis pyrifera). Also contains microcrystalline cellulose, pregelitinised potato starch, maize starch, soya polysaccharide and hydrated cottonseed oil. Each 250mg tablet provides 50µg of iodine.
