A 4 stage combustion process consists of a single easy to use control lever with air injection holes just above the flames to create the famous Burley fireball flame picture, massively reducing soot and ash build-up. The Thorncombe 9404-C comes complete with catalytic converters and reaches an impressive 84.9% rating. An optional external air kit is also available which allows for air to be fed into the stove directly from outside, rather than from in the room.
